Shikuan Zhao, Ph.D. in Public Administration, Associate Research Fellow.
Dr. Zhao was born in August 1996 in Shangqiu, Henan Province, Dr. Zhao obtained his Ph.D. in Public Administration (Public Economics and Policy) from the School of Public Administration, Chongqing University, in June 2025.
Dr. Zhao has presided over one Chongqing Municipal Postgraduate Research and Innovation Project and participated in several projects funded by the National Social Science Foundation of China and provincial and ministerial social science foundations.
Dr. Zhao has published papers as the first author, co–first author, or corresponding author in leading domestic and international journals, including Studies in Science of Science, Management Review, Forum on Statistics and Information, Resources and Environment in the Yangtze Basin, Statistics and Decision, Energy Economics, Applied Energy, Emerging Markets Review, International Review of Economics and Finance, International Journal of Bank Marketing, and Finance Research Letters.
His main research interests focus on R&D management, innovation policy, and sustainable development.
