张燕江

张燕江，博士（新加坡国立大学）

2018年4月博士毕业于新加坡国立大学，导师为涂勇副教授（Yong Tu），导师团还包括邓永恒（Yongheng Deng）教授和符育明（Yuming Fu）副教授。

中国住房和房地产研究院核心研究人员，主要从事房地产市场与政策、区域经济发展、投资和消费行为等相关方向的研究。

曾任职于新加坡国立大学李光耀公共政策学院，2019年7月至今任职于浙江工业大学。

主要成果包括：Real Estate Economics、Regional Science and Urban Economics、Cities、Housing Studies、Journal of Real Estate Research、Applied Economics、Land Use Policy等房地产领域国际知名期刊文章，以及国家副国级、正国级领导人肯定性批示等。此外，署名第二作者研究报告获得22届浙江省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖一等奖。

负责国家社科基金重大项目（子课题负责人）、国家自然基金（青年基金）以及省级基金项目（2项），承担住建部、杭州市住房保障和房产管理局、杭州市房屋安全和更新事务中心、杭州市土地储备交易中心、哈尔滨工业大学等政府、研究机构的多项委托课题。
