    王彩红,博士,副教授,2018年毕业于浙江大学,2018-2021年在浙江大学从事博士后研究工作,2021年5月到浙江工业大学生物工程学院工作。主要研究方向聚焦于肠道菌群与健康的关联、功能化合物调节肠道微环境的作用机制及环境毒理学研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、浙江省自然科学基金探索项目、中国博士后基金面上项目、浙江省博士后面上项目以及企业横向项目。目前以第一作者及通讯作者在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Environmental Pollution, Journal of nutrition 以及Journal of Dairy Science等国际期刊共发表SCI论文20余篇。
