  • Biography

    Research Directions:

My research focuses on the development and application of single-particle detection technology using laser optical tweezers combined with confocal Raman spectroscopy. Utilizing a self-developed optical tweezer-Raman platform, I have achieved several results in areas such as environmental monitoring and biomedicine.

In the field of environmental monitoring, I have developed methods for the in situ measurement of physicochemical properties of single atmospheric aerosol particles, including particle size, hygroscopicity, viscosity, surface tension, and pH. I have also advanced techniques for real-time monitoring and analysis of key physicochemical processes in single aerosol particles, such as interfacial heterogeneous reactions and phase separation. These efforts bridge the gap between microscopic experimental studies and macroscopic field observations of aerosol particles.

In the biomedical field, I have achieved real-time monitoring of biophysical processes in single-protein condensates, revealing the mechanisms behind biomolecular condensate formation and the molecular interactions of related functional protein materials. Additionally, I have developed single-cell optical sorting and characterization methods, which are applied to multimodal analysis of clinical samples, including pathogenic bacteria and nucleated red blood cells, thereby supporting the early diagnosis of related diseases. My research group maintains collaborations with several institutions, including Peking University, Zhejiang University, Beijing Institute of Technology, and the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
