  • 个人简介

    张光曦1981.5-,女),博士,硕士生导师,浙江工业大学管理学院教授。主要研究方向为组织中的创造力、道德型领导,社会网络。2006年毕业于浙江大学心理学系,获理学硕士学位;2012年获香港城市大学管理学博士学位。在港期间获周亦卿奖学金,并被授予国际商学荣誉学会终身会员资格。

    张光曦在《Journal of Business Ethics》(FT50)、《Journal of Product Innovation Management》(ABS四星)、《International Journal of Human Resource Management》、《Journal of Business and Psychology》、《Information Technology & People》、《Asia Pacific Journal of Management》、《Industry & Innovation》等ABS三星期刊以及《管理世界》等国内外权威期刊发表论文多篇,出版专著2部。其研究多次入选美国管理学年会(AOM),并于2012年获AOM最佳会议论文提名。

    主持国家自然科学基金1项、国家社会科学基金1项,省部级项目7项;参与国家重点及面上项目多项。曾获浙江省社科联青年优秀成果二等奖、省哲学社会科学优秀成果三等奖,入选浙江省之江青年社科学者行动计划、浙江省151人才工程、浙江工业大学青年英才支持计划,并曾赴美国北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校访学。

    在教学与管理方面,曾任工商管理系副主任,管理学院学位委员会、本科教学指导委员。主讲课程包括组织行为学、行业分析与战略投资、管理学(全英)、高级组织与管理理论学术论文写作等。曾浙江工业大学第四届教学创新大赛正高组二等奖、第二届微课教学技能比赛二等奖、浙江工业大学第九届青年教师教学技能比赛优秀奖、浙江工业大学经贸管理学院青年教师讲课比赛二等奖。其教学课程《组织行为学》获评浙江省高校一流课程,并于2023年入选国家级一流本科课程。

  • 育人成果

    在教学和教学管理方面,曾任浙江工业大学管理系学院本科教学指导委员、浙江工业大学学位委员会委员,主要面向本科生讲授行业分析与战略投资、组织行为学,面向研究生和博士生讲授学术论文写作、组织行为与人力资源前沿专题与文献研读、组织行为学、管理理论与前沿,面向留学生讲授管理学(全英)等课程。担任了两届本科生班主任,曾担任工商管理党总支委员、党建导师。
