    主要研究方向:

      车声雷教授长期在国内外高校和海外企业从事磁电功能材料和电子元器件的研究和开发,积累了从基础研究到应用研究、直到产品技术开发和工程化、产业化的丰富经验。2011年以来主持国家重点研发计划政府间国际科技创新合作重点专项、国家自然科学基金联合重点项目等科研项目20多项。已发表学术论文180多篇,申请中、日、美、欧等国家和地区发明专利220多项,参与编制国家标准4项

      在磁性材料、电子材料等领域取得了多项国际领先的成果,其中高饱和磁通密度低损耗锰锌铁氧体、各向异性钐铁氮粉体、高性能塑性成型磁性材料、新能源汽车用耐高温软磁磁芯、超薄型液晶电视电源用磁芯、高结晶度金属/氧化物以及复合结构真球形粉体、MLCC电极浆料等已先后在中国日本投入规模生产。曾获得日本的天田科学技术研究奖、手岛纪念研究奖、TDK总裁奖,中国的中国产学研合作创新奖、中国侨界贡献奖(创新奖)、中国石油和化学工业联合会科技进步奖等奖励。

      目前,带领团队主要开展以下方向的研究工作:(1)面向5G应用和第三代半导体的高频高磁密低功耗软磁铁氧体材料;(2)高频低功耗金属软磁复合材料(SMC);(3)不使用钕和重稀土的新型稀土永磁材料;(4)基于磁性纳米颗粒的肿瘤诊疗一体化器件;(5)电子陶瓷新材料新工艺 等。详见团队介绍页面。

    磁电功能材料研究所简介

       磁电功能材料在家用电器、电子信息、新能源和国防等各个领域应用非常广泛,是信息技术和智能制造的基础,在国民经济中占有非常重要地位。凡是用得到电的地方就肯定要用到磁性材料和电子材料。中国是磁性材料产业的大国,磁性材料的产量占世界的80%以上;浙江省是世界最大的磁性材料产业基地,产量占到全世界的50%以上。目前,我国正在由磁性材料和电子材料的生产大国向技术强国迈进。

       磁电功能材料研究所(英文:Research Center of Magnetic and Electronic Materials)成立于2011年,由车声雷教授担任所长是学校认定的浙江工业大学校级研究所2014年获校级创新团队立项、2021年被学校授予黄大年式教师团队的荣誉。2019年获批高等学校材料创新人才产教融合协同育人省级示范基地,2023年获批功能复合材料与电子封装浙江省工程研究中心、浙江-日本磁电功能材料国际联合实验室2个省级科研平台。

       团队目前有教授2人、副教授5人、助研1人、博士后2人,其中国家级人才1人,省部级人才2人。团队聘请了南京大学都有为院士、日本学士院院士/美国工程院院士/日本东北大学井上明久前校长、兰州大学李发伸前校长、北京大学侯仰龙教授、江丰电子姚力军总裁、电源专家邵革良博士等为兼职教授。

       本所致力于先进磁电功能材料的基础研究和产业化技术开发,"顶天"与"立地"相结合、高水平论文与新产品同时产出,形成了“基础研究--应用研究--产业化”的完整创新链。与材料、电子、通信、电机等领域的国内外龙头企业开展深度合作,通过“产学研”协同创新、协同育人与科研成果产业化,努力促进我国磁性材料产业的“转型升级”。近十年来,已承担国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目/面上项目/青年项目和省重点研发计划等省部级以上纵向科研项目及企业委托的横向科研项目等70多项,其中千万元以上大项目3项(纵向2+横向1),累计获得科研经费4000多万元。

        团队与日本、美国、韩国、斯洛伐克、爱尔兰等国家的高校院所和学术组织开展国际科技合作与交流。与日本国立静冈大学签署了院部级合作协议(2018-2023,2023-2028)。团队发起的“全国磁性材料与器件大会”已召开7届,累计参加人数达2600多人。

        2017年以来已依托院部级合作协议先后派遣7名研究生赴日从事为期3个月到1年的交换留学合作研究。派遣博士生赴美国、韩国、土耳其等国家参加国际学术会议。同时,与国内的清华大学、浙江大学、中科院宁波材料技术研究所、中国药科大学、浙江省人民医院等单位开展研究生的联合培养工作。

  • 育人成果

    • 博士生导师(主方向:材料科学,副方向:化学工程、机械工程、药学)、硕士生导师(材料科学与工程方向学术硕士、材料化工方向专业硕士),招收博士和硕士研究生。

      2023年在籍博士生6名、硕士生15名(包括与中科院宁波材料所的联培生在内)。

      目前主持本科生的《材料工程基础》、《电子信息材料》,研究生的《磁电材料》等课程的教学工作。

    • 已培养博士毕业生7名(毕业出路:企业研发1名、机关部门1人、博士后5人)、硕士毕业生32名。学生就职单位包括中科院宁波材料所、南方科技大学、杭州弱磁研究院等高校院所和东磁、天通、千石等磁性材料企业,海康、小米、村田、佳利等电子企业,海力士、中芯、富芯等半导体企业,吉利、零跑等汽车企业及A123等新能源企业。
